Lucie Binova

I lead financial services practice in Brussels. We create bridges between the decision-makers and the clients through understanding both worlds. When helping the clients identify strategic opportunities, overcome the challenges, or find solutions, I need to understand what is happening behind the scenes and why. With that insight, we ensure that the desired solutions are implemented at the appropriate level – policy or technical. I am proud to see my teammates grow into independent consultants and confident leaders, willing to challenge anything to deliver the best possible results for our clients. I am a lawyer and diplomat by background and have more than 15 years of experience in financial services, European and international affairs. My speciality is EU public affairs and strategic policy counsel on asset management, securities markets, financial markets infrastructure, commodities trading, as well as on digital finance, payments, tax and prudential regulation. My previous roles include Financial Services Attaché at the Permanent Representation of the Czech Republic to the EU, where I also negotiated all related post-crisis legislation.
