I lead and co-ordinate Penta’s digital and social media work for clients wherever they are in the World. We’ve made strategic investments in our digital capabilities including an in-house social media training programme, several key hires, and a suite of industry-leading tools for finding, tracking and analysing media coverage and social media conversations.
At Penta, as well as in senior roles at other leading agencies, I’ve led global digital and social media programmes for FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 brands across aviation (BA, RollsRoyce), agri-foods (PepsiCo), energy (Shell, BP), financial services (HSBC, Emirates National Bank), and professional services (McKinsey, PwC). I’ve also worked with governments (GB, ME, PL, KSA) and international organisations (UN, EBU, EPP Group). Prior to entering the communications industry over 15 years ago, I was an Acting-Editor at the BBC where I spent nearly a decade.
