International communications consultancy Hume Brophy today announces the appointment of Viv O’Connor-Jemmett as Managing Director, Online Reputation Management, to provide its clients with a unique, market-leading service as part of the firm’s integrated digital offering.
O’Connor-Jemmett’s appointment follows the hiring of Robin Hamman in early 2021 as Group Director, Digital Strategy. Viv will join the company’s global executive team and report directly to CEO, Conall McDevitt.
Viv has spent 15 years advising boards and CEOs on Online Reputation Management (ORM), a cutting-edge digital specialism that enables organisations and their leaders to establish rightful search engine profiles and navigate reputational issues. O’Connor-Jemmett has held senior London-based ORM roles at Hanover, FTI Consulting, and most recently as Partner at Digitalis – where he led the firm’s 60-strong team of specialists.
O’Connor-Jemmett has devised and implemented complex strategic online reputation mandates for FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, public and private sector organisations, governments, and high-profile individuals. Viv has advised a broad range of prominent clients across EMEA, APAC, and North America on building resilient profiles online, mitigating existing and future reputational threats, and effectively navigating digital crises.
