We want you to finish up work at 3.00pm every Friday afternoon, provided there is enough cover for client work.

You have an annual personal training budget of €500 (or equivalent in your currency).

As part of the onboarding process, you will be assigned an office ‘buddy’. This will be a longer serving member of staff who will operate as your mentor.

  • After two years’ service you will receive a day off to coincide with your birthday each year. You’ll also get a big shoutout in HB Weekly.
  • To mark five years, you will receive a €1000 bonus or equivalent gift and another shoutout in HB Weekly.
  • Ten years’ service is celebrated by a three-month paid sabbatical or a special bonus of three months’ salary. You’ll need to discuss the timing and nature of this special reward with your line manager and the final breakdown between sabbatical leave and special bonus is subject to prior approval by management.
