I became Non-Executive Chairman of Penta in April 2021 and Chair our Main Board. I use 35+ years’ experience of running award winning media companies to help guide the future direction, strategy, governance and management of our business to create a world class company that that employs talented & highly motivated staff; executes impactful and effective work for our clients and provides financial rewards for our shareholders.

I started my career working for BusinessWeek International in New York and then founded two award winning PR and Public Affairs consultancies including Consolidated Communications Group – the UK’s first agency to be launched with PE backing (3i) and PRWeek’s Agency of the Year in 2001. I was then CEO of Reed Exhibitions Ltd and since 2010 have had a portfolio career as a Chairman/NED/Advisor to a broad range of media companies including: Blue Rubicon (Teneo), Hanover Communications, Longitude Research, Dods Group Plc, Gartner Inc, Seahorse Environmental and the London Communications Agency.
