I am the Director of Human Resources, Europe and Asia for Penta. My previous experience consists of working for multinational companies in various industries including, Retail, Financial Services, Shipping Services and PR and Media. I have over 18 years’ experience in recruitment and as a generalist comprising of disciplines such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Employee Relations, Engagement and Learning and Development. I also have worked in new start-ups where I have successfully set up HR and People functions from inception to conception. My international experience has given me a strong legal background, understanding of country specific legislation, jurisdictions and different cultures and as a result, I have spearheaded various company cultural initiatives to ensure employees are motivated, effective, efficient and productive within their roles.
