Hume Brophy enhances global vision with significant new appointment

Hume Brophy’s vision to build a global communications and corporate affairs company which a strong Asian edge has taken another step forward with a significant new appointment.

The global communications firm specialising in PR, public affairs, investor relations and corporate and financial communications, has appointed Carolyn Camoens as Managing Director Asia.

Camoens brings significant regional experience, coupled with expertise in integrated communications strategy. She is a trusted advisor to major international brands and public sector organisations. Her track record in growing markets will be applied to Hume Brophy’s expansion strategy for the region.

The company has a growing offer in the region with a strong portfolio of clients in the Financial Services Technology and Transport sectors. Over the past year the business has more than doubled in size, driven by significant new mandates and the integration of a Hong Kong team following anacquisition

Announcing the appointment, Hume Brophy chief executive Conall McDevitt said that Camoens”s appointment is a strong statement of intent to continue building an international, independent communications and corporate affairs firm globally and particularly in Asia.
